Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning Analytics Lead to join a global organisation located in Cambridge. This role will be offered as a 3 month contract.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the development of a learning data analytics strategy in an exciting global initiative to modernise learning and drive lifelong learning for our client.

Key Skills:

  • Learning and business analyst experience
  • Experience developing Learning Data Analytics Roadmaps and plans
  • Experience creating strategies to advance data analytic capabilities
  • Project management, evaluation, learning technologies administration, reporting and BI experience
  • Strong networking and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical information in business language

Desirable skills:

  • Experience of HR learning and business analytics
  • Previous employment in a complex global organisation
  • Experience with learning management systems
