IT Support Engineer 1st/2nd line support - Birmingham

My global, industry leading client are currently seeking a service desk analyst for an initial 6 month contract based in Birmingham.

Summary of skills:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience providing 1st/2nd line support
  • Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical members of staff of all levels
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Hardware and Software support
  • Experience working within an ITIL environment
  • Mobile Device Support
  • Strong remote and face to face support
  • A technical background working with the following;
    • Active Directory
    • Window Server
    • Windows 10
    • Office 365
    • HP Hardware
    • WAN/LAN networking experience
    • Apple/iOS Support
  • Dynamic
  • Proactive
  • Adaptable
