Job description

We need a Salesforce Analyst that can administor the SalesForce implementation to support our Sales, Finance and Product functions across the entire order to cash process, ensuring data integrity, best practice and training users in new functionalities.

  • Act as Salesforce expert user for the teams, guiding on Salesforce best practice and providing training to ensure a high level of adoption on existing and new processes.
  • Support the continuous development of Salesforce to ensure it remains aligned to the evolving business needs.
  • Act as the guardian of information in Salesforce, ensuring consistency of input from the sales teams and validity of data at all times.
  • Driving improvement of business processes, leveraging the SFDC platform to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Developing proactive analyses, rooted in SFDC data and other sources, that provide actionable insights for the Management team.
  • Supporting the Salesforce integration with other applications, including Xero.
  • Delivering deployments into Production environments.
  • Perform ongoing Salesforce administration (create accounts/profile, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards, etc.)

Essential requirements:

  • Certified Salesforce Admin (ADM201)
  • Experience with configuring Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience with configuring Pardot or other similar marketing automation solution.
  • Excellent data management experience.
  • Experienced working on a CRM with multiple integrations, including accounting packages such as Xero.
  • Creation of Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of best practices and functionality.
