Job description

Helpdesk Analyst - Contract - Central London

My global client are currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst for an initial 3 month rolling contract based in Central London. (Strand)

Summary of skills:

  • Minimum 3 years experience providing 1st/2nd line support
  • Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical members of staff of all levels
  • Experience supporting designers in an architectural setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Hardware and software support
  • Experience working within an ITIL environment
  • Mobile Device Support
  • Strong remote and face to face support
  • Previous experience working within advertising/media/marketing (desirable)
  • A technical background working with the following;
    • Active Directory
    • Window Server
    • Windows 7, 8, 10
    • Office 365
    • Citrix
    • Azure
    • Apple/iOS Support
    • Airwatch
  • Dynamic
  • Proactive
  • Adaptable
