Job description

Role: 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Guildford

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

I'm currently working with a company based in central Reading to find a 2nd line Desktop Support Engineer to come in and join the current team of 6.

In this role you will be required to travel to different internal sites.

The main duties for this role include:

  • Dealing with tickets raised by on site and remote staff
  • New Starter set ups
  • Provision new phones/laptops/PCs
  • The company have just gone through an office 365 migration so you'll be required to help deal with any teething issues this may have caused.

Essential Skills/Requirements:

  • Experience of supporting users in multiple domains & systems across different domains
  • Windows 10 environment (Support, troubleshooting & builds)
  • O365 & Exchange
  • Remote & On site Support Experience

Desirable skills

  • Lync 2013 / Skype 2015
