Job description

Azure DevOps Engineer - OUTSIDE IR35 - Old Street

My client are initiating a workpiece that will enable them to have parity in Build Pipelines across all of the hyper Cloud providers that they are using.<pipeline approach>

This is greenhouse infrastructure build

They've normalised on GitLab as Pipeline orchestrator. Terraform as Infrastructure automation scripting. Typically their clouds environments are non-persistent, being dynamically created as part of the Pipeline, utilised, then torn down upon completion. This pattern holds true for all development & staging instances.

Skills required:

Kubernetes Services

Kafka

Aurora EMR (Spark / Hive)

The client is a node.js shop. Frontend dev. is React. Maturity of node.js pipeline is significantly stronger than that for frontend. CI pipelines have proven to be fungible across Cloud providers - it's in the area of CD that we need to evolve within Azure.
