What does the role involve?

As Development Operations Manager, you define, monitor and improve processes jointly with technical and domain experts in the development community. You manage international roll-out projects for customized SW deployments in specific regions and liaise with partners and service providers including SLA tracking and license management. With your excellent collaboration skills, you identify and fulfil needs of various stakeholders and take ownership for the availability, reliability and compliance of our SW solutions. You will manage a dedicated operations budget to drive dedicated initiatives to take our SW development and operations capabilities to the next level.

What you need is:

  • University degree in business information technology, information systems, computer science or business with a focus on software/IT
  • 2 years' experience in system management or project management for cloud based customer facing web- and mobile applications, ideally with IoT-related solutions
  • Excellent skills in technical project management, process definition and improvement
  • Track record in managing DevOps methodologies in complex microservice environments
  • Solid understanding of state-of-the art technology & toolchain (eg. Kubernetes, Gitlab)
  • Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
  • Fluency in English and willingness for international travels
