Job description

Instructional Designer

Contract - 3 months initially

Location: Remote (Must be UK based)

Rate: £200/day

Start date: ASAP

The role will involve identifying strategic capability gaps and learning opportunities within the business.

This person will develop and deliver training and educational programs to business users and stakeholders.

The role will also include needs analysis, defining career paths/career development opportunities for employees, course development and evaluation and learning assessment.

Required skills and experience:

  • The ability to write and transform content for adult learners in an online environment
  • Create instructionally sounds, interactive and engaging content to promote learning
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills

Given the current situation all interviews will be via telephone or video conference

Must have full right to work in the UK
