Job description

We work with a globally recognised business that specialise in wireless technology, they are looking for a experienced Design Engineer to join them on a contract basis.

Main Duties

  • To create FPGA Emulation builds for the project builds
  • Troubleshooting FPGA builds and good understanding of digital design
  • The scope of work will include to develop RTL for FPGA, modifying ASIC RTL for project builds
  • Creation of programming guides, automation scripts and any other reporting needed for project tasks
  • Being passionate about problem solving and driving operational improvements
  • Proactive individual who is able to work independently

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Masters in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience and knowledge of FPGA flow
  • Experience with Verilog/System Verilog
  • Technical experience with scripting languages like python, perl or tcl.
  • Broadcasting experience will help application
