IT Infrastructure & Security Manager

VMware, Server, Networking, Cisco, Storage, Firewalls, Backup, Virtualisation.

Location: Slough (fully remote)

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + excellent benefits

I'm currently seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Manager, with a sound Security and Infrastructure grounding, hands-on technical experience and managerial experience - you must also have solid client facing skills too. Confidence is key.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the Infrastructure and Security Team
• Conducting PDRs
• Dispatching tickets and managing team schedules
• Ensuring ticket time entries are entered correctly
• Ability to assist the team with some hands on technical skills (networks, full-stack security, servers, storage)
• Recruitment of new team members
• Conducting Service Review meetings with customers
• Managing multiple projects
• Continuous Improvement of Service Offerings
• Some pre-sales involvement
• Building integrations between internal and external systems
• Creating a KPI Monthly report (Power BI preferable)
• Developing and maintaining up to date documentation

• Knowledge of OT systems
