Application Support Analyst / Legal / Finance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join a global organisation for an initial 6 month contract. The role will be based from London, although it will be remote due to the current situation.

The selected candidate will join a fairly established team, however, will be supporting a new area of the business (Legal and Compliance).

Key Skills:

• Proven App Support experience
• Vendor and System management experience
• A wide range of system support experience; cloud based
• Upgrade management, troubleshooting, user support, security and access management
• Experience liaising with infrastructure and development tech teams
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical requirements
• Experience working within Legal, Compliance or Finance is highly desirable
