An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience Readiness / Service Design Manager to join a telecoms organisation for an initial 6 month contract. The role can be based in either Manchester, Birmingham or Berkshire, although it will be remote due to the current situation.
The selected candidate needs to have proven experience working within Business & IT Readiness environment.
This role is inside IR35 so please bear this in mind when applying
Key Skills:
- Must have experience managing o365 projects
- Business and IT Readiness
- Service Design Experience
- Experience managing the UAT Testing phase
- Change Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Telco/Cable experience would be advantageous
- Call centre / Consumer Solutions experience would be highly desirable
