Network Engineer x2 / Cisco / Security

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two experienced Network Engineers to join an established telecoms organisation for an initial 6-month contract. The role can be based either in Berkshire or Swindon but there will be flexibility to work from home.

The role will be fully remote due to the current situation and the role is inside IR35 so please bear this in mind when applying.

Key Skills

• Experienced Network Engineer working within an enterprise environment
• One or more relevant certification desired such as CCNA, CCIE, CCSA, CCSE etc.
• IP Network Security Experience
• Solid Data Centre experience and DTV back-end environments
• Next Generation Firewalls (Checkpoint, Fortinet)
• Load Balancing experience (F5, LTM and GTM)
• Solid experience with Cisco routing/switching technologies
• Experience with SDN and Cisco ACI
• Knowledge of cloud networking and network scripting (Ansible, Python)
• Excellent understanding of Unix
