An opportunity to join a leading software testing consultancy as a Business Development Manager.

The Business Development Manager will be focused on growing sales for their Quality Engineering and Software Testing solutions across a broad range of market sectors. You will have a great deal of coaching and support in the position and be provided with warm leads from marketing initiatives including events, webinars and in-bound leads.

If you are currently working in a business development focused contract recruitment role but keen to progress into a higher margin service covering then this role could be ideal for you as you will be calling on similar clients to sell the companies consulting services. Alternatively, you may already be selling similar consulting services and looking for your next challenge.

The company are looking for individuals who are adaptable, agile, ambitious and the best in their field.

As well as a competitive basic salary which is flexible depending on your level of experience there is an uncapped commission scheme, healthcare cash plan, gym benefit, pension scheme and a generous holiday allowance that increases with time.

Whilst the role will be remote right now once COVID restrictions have eased you will spend 2 days a week in either the London or Leeds office.
